Dear Riki, Director of Public Inquiries What a wonderful week (19th – 26th June) we and all our guests from the UK have just spent at The Daniel Herzliya! It was everything we had hoped for and more - the accommodation was very good (with the Deluxe Room bathrooms being a special hit); the pool and gardens were beautiful; the restaurants both in the lobby and downstairs served delicious, well presented meals and, most important of all, the excellent level of service and generally helpful, courteous attitude of the staff throughout the hotel, made this holiday extremely successful and enjoyable for all the members of our group. We would like to single you out, Riki, together with Elad Kurtz as the outstanding members of staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. We also received very good service from the Food & Beverage Manager, Yaniv, and his senior assistants, who ensured that our group had reserved tables for breakfast every day and a lovely Friday evening dinner together. Please pass this message to the General Manager of The Daniel (Ofer Aagmi) and to the President of Tamares Hotel Group (Raphy Weiner) as you all deserve full recognition for the top quality work you are doing. To Daniel Hotel Herzelia Manager, Last week we had an incident with a rental car near your hotel. We came in to reception and requested help with telephone etc. We were fortunate that receptionist Cecilia Was on duty. I have to write to express my thanks for the wonderful help that we received. Cecilia was a credit to your hotel and tourism in the state of Israel. I will not go in to detail but no one has been more helpful and pleasant.
