Raphy Weiner - President and CEO
The Tamares Hotels management team is made up of the most experienced group of hoteliers in the country, with both local and international know-how in all fields of the hospitality industry.
A member of the Tamares Leisure team since July 2000, Raphy manages the Tamares hotel portfolio, as well as seeking new hotel management and leisure acquisition opportunities.
Raphy earned his primary qualifications at Israel's Tadmor Hotel Management School and completed further training at Cornell University in New York.
His extensive experience as CEO and COO of Sheraton Hotels (Israel), as Vice President of the Israel Hotels Association and as Chairman of the Israel Hotel Managers' Association has made him a capable and confident leader who inspires the company to achieve higher standards.
Anat Starik-Dahan - VP Marketing & Commercial
One of the four founders of the Fattal hotel chain, Anat Starik-Dahan has served as its VP Marketing and Sales since the chain's launch 12 years ago. In addition to her extensive work with Fattal, Anat has held a variety of management, marketing, and sales positions in major international hotel chains, including Holiday Inn and Sonesta.
Anat holds a BA (Hons) in English Linguistics from Tel Aviv University, as well as a degree in hotel management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Among her other areas of expertise, she specializes in infrastructure establishment and management, as well as in various forms of branding.
